Killington, VT hosted Rails to Riches annual rail jam on December 11, 2010. Over 100 snowboarders and skiers entered. In Part 1 we watch the action on the handrails.

 Kade Madsen Interview at Snow Film Fest NYC 2010
We catch up with Kade Madsen of the Flow Team and the crew from Sparta, NJ at the Snow Film Fest New York City 2010. We noticed that Kade's name appears TWICE in the shots of "Witness the Sickness," produced by Flow TM Andrew Mutty. He spills the beans on "Witness Wednesdays" when episodes of "The Life" will be released, showing the making of Flow's movie "Witness the Sickness."  Joe Carlino Interview at Snow Film Fest NYC 2010
Meet Joe Carlino, of TWS Transworld Snowboarding, flanked by his proud parents Sal and Maria Carlino as we go in to watch his fourth and latest snowboard film, "In Color" at the Snow Film Fest NYC. Maria tells us that "In Color" won best Snowboard Movie from ESPN Sports. Snowboard Films and Ski Films were shown for two days on November 19 and 20 at the Tribeca Cinemas.

 Rene Eckert Interview at Snow Film Fest NYC 2010
We interview filmmaker Rene Eckert from Leipzig, East Germany, in New York City at the Tribeca Cinemas where the first Snow Film Fest NYC 2010 is being held November 19 and 20. "At Equilibrium" is Eckert's entry, showing what it is like to be a snowboarder in Bulgaria. Remarkably similar to being a snowboarder in the US, except a snowboard costs a month's pay. " At Equilibium" is the fourth in a series of Eckert's international snowboard films and will be shown on German TV.

 Snow Film Festival Pre-Party by OVR at Epstein's Bar
Thursday night the 2nd pre-party of the evening was thrown by OVR at Epstein's in SoHO. We interview OVR founder Dan Stonier about the 80 trips they offer this season to get New Yorkers "outta this place" and onto fresh white snow, in the Northeast, the whole US, and St. Moritz, Switzerland.

 USASA Injuries from Snowboarding Slopestyle
We couldn't help but notice the young athletes on crutches and in casts when we went to USASA Nationals to compete, in Spring 2010. Here we catch up with 6 of them and ask them about what happened. All the injured snowboarders hurt themselves competing or practicing for the slopesyle events, either at Nationals or earlier in the season.
